We want you to have the best possible experience with your new Ball Python. To help ensure this, please feel free to contact us anytime before or after your purchase to discuss anything from proper husbandry to breeding techniques. We want you to succeed in keeping your Ball Python, whether it is a family pet or a valuable breeder, and we are always willing to answer any questions you might have.

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, correctly sexed, and feeding at my facility. I will not sell snakes that are not feeding for me. Please contact us within 48 hours of the animal's arrival if you are not satisfied, and arrangements can be made to replace the animal.

Payment in full is required in advance before an animal can be shipped or picked up. I currently accept credit cards through PayPal, cash, money orders, bank drafts, and Email Money Transfers. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an animal.

I will do payment plans on orders greater than $500 CDN. The 25% deposit must be payed in advance, and then a plan can be worked out for the rest of the payments. The animal(s) will be shipped when all of the payments have been made.

Shipping is available through Air Canada. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Shipping is available to the U.S. on orders of $1000 or greater. CITES paperwork can be obtained in 7-28 days. Paperwork will be started once a deposit for the animal(s) has been received.
